We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of Siemens products. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy is here to provide you with a clear and straight forward process.

Warranty period

We offer a one-year warranty for our products.

Buyers are required to identify the cause of the issue as promptly as possible and proactively accept remote technical guidance. A refund or return can only be processed if the problem remains unresolved after following the provided technical instructions. If the buyer refuses to address the problem in accordance with the technical guidance offered by the seller, the seller is under no obligation to issue an unconditional refund.

Return and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn and unused, with tags, original installation accessories, and the user manual intact, and still in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Specially formulated products are not refundable. Non-quality problems, no return.

Should you need to make a return, please contact us by sending an email to info@antletstech.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to package and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

ANTLETS will bear the cost of the return shipment in the following cases:

The item is damaged or defective

Wrong or missing item

The item is not as described

Customers will cover the return cost in all other cases, such as:

Ordered wrong item

Unwanted item

Found better price

Unauthorized purchase

Doesn't fit for intended purpose

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In other cases, such as a change of mind or incorrect product selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
